Enjoy Wawa’s Festivals and Events at the Outdoorsman Motel

There are many things to do in Wawa, Ontario. For those of you who love the outdoors and nature, there is plenty of that to be seen. One place not to miss is an area called Killarney Lake Provincial Park. This park has over 70 km/44 miles of hiking trails as well as 18 lakes for fishing and canoeing.

Another great spot to explore is the Agawa Canyon Trail. This trail features a wide variety of landscapes, including a gorge that is over 100 meters/330 feet deep and waterfalls with heights reaching up to 60 meters/197 feet. There are also plenty of wildlife to see, like caribou, moose, and black bears.

Wawa also has plenty of other activities and attractions if you do not want to spend too much time outdoors. For example, Wawa has several museums that are worth visiting. One of the most popular is the Wawa Military Museum, which features a wide variety of military equipment and memorabilia related to the area’s involvement in World War II. It also has a replica of the Great Lakes Steamer Nipigon.

There is also a number of other things to do, like visiting one of Wawa’s many beaches, including Chippewa Beach, which features stunning views and crystal clear water. There are also several shops and restaurants to explore, so you are sure to find something that interests you. Whatever you want to do, Wawa has it!
