Such a great location and very accommodating staff! Room was super clean, and rustic! Complimentary Cookies and Coffee for Breakfast at the office.

If you find this motel on your trip you are very lucky. The room is extremely clean. Every corner is spotless, the kitchen the toilet the beds and furniture everything is nice and clean. My wife and I with a lovely Shiba inu We spent a night here. Definitely recommend this motel for anyone looking for a place to stay in Wawa

We and our little dog had the pleasure of staying last night. The room was so warm and inviting. Everything was spotless!!!! Fridge, microwave, flat screen. The bathroom was so clean and new. Perfect for the weary traveller. Very welcoming host and hostess. Definitely staying there on the return end of our trip.

This is a little gem in Wawa. The beds are super comfortable, you can tell the bathroom was redone recently and it looks great. The rooms are adorable. One suggestion I would make is to put a chain on the door to the rooms for little escape artists like my son (4yrs) , he was able to open the door freely so for the nighttime we put the table infront of the door to avoid him getting out. The room was impeccably clean, I swear not a spec of dust anywhere. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stay the night in Wawa. The cookies and coffee in the lobby are a cute touch for the morning. I'd also like to add that the staff are very friendly!

Good clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent value. Minor annoyances were: coffee supplies didn't include cream, shower didn't work well, would have liked extra pillows.

We were traveling cross-country to relocate and needed a stop in Wawa along our route. Becuase we were traveling with pets, our choices were limited and some of the places -- even national chains -- were run down and it was evident that NOBODY who worked at them cared about their guests or their business. Our expectation were quite low when we arrived at the Outdoorsman Motel in Wawa, but were surprised and delighted. It is charming and the owners have clearly gone out of their way to create a clean, inviting experience for their guests. Lots of little touches that show they care deeply about the role a good motel plays for a weary traveller. We loved that they had all of the take-out menus from local restaurants in the room and offered us some extra towels and cloths becuase they knew we were traveling with pets. Highly recommended.

Stayed at the outdoorsman, last minute, after a long drive across northern Ontario. The place has been totally renovated with super cute, cabin decor, and was immaculately clean. I travel a lot for work and the bathroom, was probably one of the best I've seen. It had a huge, new bathtub, which is near impossible to find anywhere else. They are normally so small and gross at most places, but not here. But most importantly, again... It was so clean. The owners were also super nice. We came to ask for some ice and he handed us crystal glasses to mix a drink. Fresh cookies in the morning was also a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for our family of four. The room was really clean and the bathroom looked brand new. Staff and owners very friendly and accommodating. Best part, the motel is right next to a playground so entertaining our 2 year old was easy. I would stay here again.

The best place to stay in this beautiful part of Canada! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable! So cozy! The cleanest motel! Excellent service. Tbh don’t have enough words or new for this place ! On our way home we stopped for a night and it was the best decision ! Never came across such cute / beautiful / clean motel before and the couple is super nice !!!!! Echo each comment of how wonderful this motel is ! Kudos to the team !!!! Ps- loved the room decor …. Had a wonderful stay. The owners are very friendly and gave me some great advice on local things to do and see. The room was beautifully renovated and very clean. We really appreciated the full size fridge and freezer plus microwave. The parking lot was well lit and in good shape. Also the morning cookies and coffee are delicious.

Thus is a great place to lay your head. Very clean. The owners are inviting and accommodating. I would go back. A tip though...it fills up fast for best to book ahead.

My corworker and I stayed at the Outdoorsman for one night earlier in September. We really enjoyed out experience! The room was very clean, equipped with a large fridge and microwave. it is conveniently located right in Wawa, walking distance from the downtown. Ray was very helpful and friendly and was able to share more information about the area.

Amazingly clean comfortable rooms and very affordable. Great coffee and baked goods in the morning starting nice and early. Definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through. This will definitely be our choice going forward for place to stay when traveling.

Stayed here while visiting friends in Hawk Junction. Great accomodations .. clean.. an d a good price. The owner of the place was great to talk to and he had good coffee and cookies out in the morning. He also has two outdoor plugs by the sign so you can plug in your electric car . Its also very close to the Tesla Superchargers .. walking distance if you want . We would stay there again. BBQ's outside if you want to use them . Theres also some lawn chairs outside each room too.

What a wonderful little motel. Rooms are beautiful, make you feel like you’re in a cabin. Very clean, SUPER friendly staff, coffee and fresh baked cookies in the morning. Credit card NOT required!

This place is amazing. Lyne and Ray are great Hosts. Newly renovated by far the nicest place in Wawa. Clean well maintained and organized. I would definitely stay here again. This place deserves more then a 5 Star rating. Keep up the great job.

FABULOUS! A hidden gem. We had to stay in Wawa unexpectedly due to road closures and were so pleasantly surprised with this place. Our room was clean, quiet, and cozy with an adorable cabin feel. Nice big fridge, new bathroom fixtures and everything worked great. The staff were kind and helpful. Bonus points for the warm cookies in the morning!

Excellent motel! Our room was comfortable, clean, and updated and the kitchenette was really convenient The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the fresh cookies and coffee! Wish we could have stayed more than one night!

Best place to stay in Wawa! They have the most amazing bathrooms and the service is incredible! Staying here is always a highlight of our trip!!

I came in late and the owner waited up for me and even helped park my big moving van for me. It was so nice and the decor allows you to feel at the cabin. Loved the seated shower stall. Very clean. No complaints at all.

Love this place! Super clean, comfy and the staff are very nice. We arrived late and they were sure to make accommodation for us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who comes through town. Added bonus there’s fresh cookies and coffee in the morning.

The best hotel experience I've had. The rooms were tidy and well kept. The full size fridge and freezer as well as the barbecues were a great feature for someone like myself who was staying for an extended period of time. The coffee and cookies available early in the morning made for a great start to my work days and the owners were incredibly friendly and personable.

Extremely friendly staff! Lovely spot to stay. We stopped here for one night on our way through the town and decided to stay here over the other spots in town and we are SO happy we did! The rooms were spotless and clean. You could smell the cleanness of the room. The bathroom looked brand-new and just renovated. There was wifi, tv, fridge, microwave, table and a queen bed in the room. Very comfortable room and gave a lovely "home" feeling. We received free coffee in the morning and fresh baked cookies! The staff were very genuine, kind and friendly. Definitely will stay here again if we pass by again! Definitely recommend!

Stoped here after our long drive from Toronto. It’s just the place you need, clean and comfortable!! Also very nice people and amazing service!!!

Love this place ❤️. Its warm and cozy. The new owners welcome you like family. The outdoorsy and country theme is inviting. Brand new everything from the rugs to the unique lamps. Took a day long motorbike ride with friends and and were happy to rest at this little gem. They even provided free shammys to wipe our bikes down. The new owners are delightful and helpful if you need anything. The rooms have a full size fridge and freezer to store anything you may pick up across the street at the local grocery store. There is also a beer store and restaurants less than a block away. Outside there are new barbecues and also lawn chairs for you to enjoy the fresh air. Last but not least , fresh delicious coffee and just baked cookies offered in the morning. We will most definitely be staying again.
