Do the kids need to run and burn some energy off? There’s a family park and greenspace located right next to our motel. So you can get a break while the kids and family dog run and play. We have motel rooms available that accommodate large families. We have 3-bed Queen bed rooms available for your family. Lots of space for everyone in one room so you don’t have to keep checking on the kids in another room, they can be safe in one room with you. There are full-sized large refrigerator/freezers and microwaves in each room for your added convenience. The grocery store and beer store are just across the street to make things easy. In the warmer weather there are patio chairs and side tables for your comfort. The parking lot is well-lit with 24 hour video surveillance for your security.

The most important part of any room is the bathroom, and our team members clean every nook and corner to ensure it is up to our standards. Bathroom sinks, counters, toilets and showers and shower faucets are scrubbed, cleaned and sanitized daily. We want our guests to feel like they can relax in their own space, and a clean bathroom is a big part of that.
Clean Motel Beds
All motel comforters, sheets and pillowcases are washed and replaced daily, and we take the time to clean under the beds, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your motel room is dust-free. We want our guests to sleep soundly and comfortably, so we make sure the beds in our rooms are always clean and welcoming.

Family Fun at Wawa Parks and Beaches
Nestled along the shore of Wawa Lake, our community enjoys some of the most pristine scenery in Canada. To experience our community to its fullest, check out our local beaches on a hot summer day, or take a scenic walk along our new waterfront boardwalk.

Wawa Family Festivals and Events
Wawa is best known for its famous big Goose Monument that overlooks the entrance to this picturesque community. This historical monument marks the opening of the last link of the Lake Superior section of the Trans-Canada Highway more than 50 years ago.
There are numerous Wawa festivals and events including the Blueberry Fair, Canada Day Celebrations, the Festival of Lights, the Wawa Winter Carnival and Wawa Music Festival to name a few.
Visit the Tourist Information Centre located at the junction of Highway 17 and 101. Travel Centre Staff are local experts and can answer all your questions about the area. The Centre is open from May to Thanksgiving.

Full kitchenette and lots of room. Rooms have been renovated. The friendliest owners. Nice conversation, great coffee and freshly made cookies in the morning. Was great for my family of 4 and my pets. We will stay again if we are passing through.

April 30, 2022y The room was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. The bathroom had apparently been recently re-done, as it was very clean and BRIGHT. I went to the office to get ice. Ray, the owner, asked if I was making a cocktail to un-wind, which I was. Ray handed me two glass, cocktail glasses, as he did not want us drinking out of plastic glasses. A touch of class, on Rays part. The owners were absolutely great in making sure their guests were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again..... Go Packers.......

September 30, 2022We are driving from Ottawa to Vancouver with lots of overnight stays in chain hotels. This stay was by far the best. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Highly recommend. Only minor criticism was that as we had to leave very early, coffee was not available. Pot in the room would have been icing on the cake.

Our room was clean, quiet, and cozy with an adorable cabin feel. Nice big fridge, new bathroom fixtures and everything worked great. The staff were kind and helpful. Bonus points for the warm cookies in the morning!

October 30, 2022I was dreading the thought of looking for a room in Wawa on a Sunday night but we were too tired to keep driving. I chose this Motel after reading so many positive reviews. It is gem! Don't let the rustic appearance of the rooms fool you. The decor is not old and musty, it's beautiful and comfortable. Our room was very clean and had an updated bathroom. We would certainly stay there again.

July 30, 2022This is a little gem in Wawa. The beds are super comfortable, you can tell the bathroom was redone recently and it looks great. The rooms are adorable. One suggestion I would make is to put a chain on the door to the rooms for little escape artists like my son (4yrs) , he was able to open the door freely so for the nighttime we put the table infront of the door to avoid him getting out. The room was impeccably clean, I swear not a spec of dust anywhere. Will definitely stay here again if we need to stay the night in Wawa. The cookies and coffee in the lobby are a cute touch for the morning. I'd also like to add that the staff are very friendly!

We really appreciated the full size fridge and freezer plus microwave. The parking lot was well lit and in good shape. Also the morning cookies and coffee are delicious.

No smells, very very clean, beds comfortable, full size fridge in room, chairs outside of room to sit on after a long day riding the motorcycle. The staff are amazing, a fresh pot of coffee was brewed when we showed up to warm up. Nice fresh cookies in the morning. Strongly suggest anybody to stay here

The full size fridge and freezer as well as the barbecues were a great feature for someone like myself who was staying for an extended period of time. The coffee and cookies available early in the morning made for a great start to my work days and the owners were incredibly friendly and personable.

August 30, 2022Love this place ❤️. Its warm and cozy. The new owners welcome you like family. The outdoorsy and country theme is inviting. Brand new everything from the rugs to the unique lamps. Took a day long motorbike ride with friends and and were happy to rest at this little gem. They even provided free shammys to wipe our bikes down. The new owners are delightful and helpful if you need anything. The rooms have a full size fridge and freezer to store anything you may pick up across the street at the local grocery store. There is also a beer store and restaurants less than a block away. Outside there are new barbecues and also lawn chairs for you to enjoy the fresh air. Last but not least , fresh delicious coffee and just baked cookies offered in the morning. We will most definitely be staying again.
